Garlic is known for its unique taste. It gives food a good flavor. It is the reason why this crop is high on demand. The farmers who grow it get good benefits from it. Just like other crops garlic can also be stored when young. They are kept in the refrigerator for accumulation. The young products play a major role that the mature ones cannot. It makes digestion process to be fast. It also can function as an onion. However it has to be utilized after a short period of time.

It can also be stored in the refrigerator when harvested numerously. When harvested the gardener peels and grinds them until they become minced. They are then kept in a container and kept in the fridge. The owner should make sure that the container is tight. The produce should not be kept for a long time. This is because the longer it is stored the more the chances of losing its nutrients and flavors are increased.

After harvesting them one can dry the bulbs. The possessor has to ensure that they dry completely. Their roots are removed from it before storing them. Drying process makes certain that the flavor is present in it in the correct amount. When accumulated in their wetness the taste is reduced. This procedure should not be dashed in order to get good results.

When they are immediately removed from the garden they have to be washed. After the washing they are dried up. The accumulation must in a well ventilated place. This ensures that the produce does not get spoilt. The person responsible has to examine them to be certain that they are progressing well. This procedure never fails if done in the right way.

It is a must for the places where the crops are accumulated to be at room warmth. They are also supposed to be dark preventing light from penetrating. The air in the room has to be efficient for the produce to progress well. If any of this condition is not available, the owner gets losses. The products cost money and that is why one has to take responsibility of taking good care of them.

They can be stocked up when uncovered in a basket and then kept in a cupboard. The person doing this task must confirm that there is good aeration. This is what keeps them in a good condition. They can also be stored in paper bag. The choice on where to amass them depends on the preference of the person.
